  1. Hi I was wondering if you’d be so kind as to help me out with a question for New Rules of Lifting for Women. I’ve just started so looking at Workout 1. I understand you do Workout A one day, then Workout B the next till you’ve done each 8 times. What I’m wondering is if you do Special Workout A at the end of each A session … or do you just do it once at the end of the 8th A session (likewise for Special Workout B)?

    It seems the workouts don’t seem very long otherwise. Would that be right? Thanks for any help you can give me 🙂
